One of my favorite childhood foods. My mother always made the best chicken drumsticks.
Lemon oregano chicken drumsticks! So simple, yet roasted to perfection. If you are a bread eater (keto or not), the sauce that is created in the pan, is the most flavorful to dip your bread in!

Ingredients:
10-12 chicken drumsticks
1/2 cup Greek extra virgin olive oil
Juice of two lemons
1/2 tsp dry oregano (I use Greek)
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic powder (or freshly grated)
1 cup water (or a little more if necessary)
Directions:
Drizzle olive oil at the bottom of the pan. Arrange your drumsticks. Drizzle olive oil on top & the juice of a lemon. Greeks are never stingy with olive oil. We tend to believe that more is better!
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder & oregano. I put a little water in the bottom of the pan, so that the chicken stays moist & does not stick to the pan. Close to a inch.
Bake at 350 F for two hours. I like the skin nice & crispy! I find the slow roast on the drumsticks makes for a super juicy chicken! Garnish with fresh lemon.
