Castelvetrano Olives & Marcona Almonds

The first time that I ate this combination of flavors, I was at a Santa Monica hot spot for dinner with friends, and these were an appetizer. I instantly fell in love with the combination or flavors!

Castelvetrano olive & Marcona almonds

Simple and ready in five minutes! An amazing addition to any charcuterie board.


1 cup Castelvetrano olives

1 cup Marcona almonds

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1/2 tsp dry or fresh rosemary

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

zest of 1 orange

Pinch of coarse sea salt


In a pan on low to medium heat, warm up the olive oil with the pepper flakes. Add the olives and almonds. Add the rosemary & orange rind. Garnish with a pinch of sea salt.

A festive little party in your mouth!!!!
