Anchovy Elixir Dip

I found this recipe via Nigella Lawson on an episode for one of her shows. She served it over steak & as a dip for crudités. I was intrigued! I had to try it for myself.

It’s very simple & it is so very full of flavor. You don’t expect it to pair well with beef, but ever since making it I have eaten with many things.

Here is the simple recipe. 

Ingredients:

1 cans of anchovies

3 cloves garlic

Juice of 1 lemon

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup water

Directions:

Simply process all of the ingredients together. Spoon it over your food or use it as a dip!

That’s it! Your tastebuds will be impressed! I promise.
