Keto Pumpkin Pancakes

I absolutely love pancakes! I especially love pumpkin pancakes. Ok! I love just about anything pumpkin. I also love everything about fall! This is so easy to make too. It’s based on my keto pancake recipe. I added in the pure pumpkin purée and some pumpkin spice. And wala!!!!! Keto pumpkin pancakes!

4 eggs

4 oz cream cheese

1/2 cup of pumpkin purée

1/2 cup almond flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp vanilla

1 tbsp pumpkin spice

1/4 tsp sea salt


Blend all of the ingredients in a blender. Let sit for a few minutes so that the batter will thicken.

Heat up your skillet on medium. I use a little olive oil to cook my pancakes. You can use your favorite type of cooking oil. Ladle in the batter and make them as large or small as you like! Flip! Be sure that they are well cooked on both sides.

Enjoy with your favorite syrup, pumpkin seeds, a dusting of cinnamon and a little Greek yogurt or whipped cream!
