Did somebody say brownies??? Keto brownies!

I have always loved brownies. I don’t know too many who don’t! What’s not to love? Chocolate, chocolate & more chocolate!

Keto Brownies:

4 eggs
2 sticks of butter melted
1 package sugar free chocolate chips.
1/3 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup super fine almond flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp coffee
1/4 tsp pure monk fruit (I use Julian Bakery)
1/4 cup yakon syrup
1/4 tsp salt

*Please note that you can use any sweetener that you love. 1/3- 1/2 a cup of Swerve or Lakonto for example.


Melt your butter. When melted, add is 1/2 of your chocolate chips. You will use the rest later.

While that is cooling just a little, whip your 4 eggs until pale yellow & silky. This should take about 8 minutes or so.

In a bowl mix all of the dry ingredients. Pouring your butter chocolate mixture. Add in all other ingredients. Mix very very well. And then pour into a parchment lined and greased square baking pan.

Bake for 40 minutes at 350 F in the center rack.
